Terms Acceptance & Applicability
By using the ep2 website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use this platform.
These terms apply to all ep2 services — Sports Betting, Lottery, Jackpot, VIP programs, and financial transactions. Terms may change at any time, and continued use signifies acceptance of new terms.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use the services.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Ep2 reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Account Creation, Security & Policy
Account Registration
Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an ep2 account. Opening an account with false or incomplete data directly violates these terms. Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts under the same individual may be canceled.
Account Security
Keep your login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share with anyone. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Report any unauthorized use immediately to [email protected].
Account Suspended or Closed
Ep2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for violations of terms, fraudulent activity, managing multiple accounts, failing to provide KYC information, or submitting false data. Balances in such accounts may be confiscated.
KYC Verification
KYC (identity verification) may be required to complete withdrawals and receive special benefits. You may need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended without verification.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on ep2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers are supported for deposits and withdrawals.
Important Rules on Deposits & Withdrawals
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered under the account holder’s name. Transactions via third parties are not allowed.
- Withdrawal requests undergo a verification process. Processing time is typically 5 minutes to 3 business days, with priority given to VIP members.
- Funds deposited are for placing bets or gaming only. Deposits are non-refundable — withdrawals may be restricted if certain conditions are not met.
- A minimum wager amount (wagering requirement) may be required to claim any bonus or prize.
- Ep2 reserves the right to block and investigate transactions suspected of fraudulent financial activity.
- Ep2 is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or mobile banking services.

Limitation of Liability
Ep2 is not responsible for any losses caused by technical issues, network interruptions, or third-party problems. The platform provides services "as is" and does not guarantee bet outcomes or prizes.
Intellectual Property
The ep2 platform’s logo, design, content, software, and all materials are the intellectual property of ep2. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Links
Any third-party links on the ep2 platform are provided for informational purposes only. ep2 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Term Changes & Applicable Law
Ep2 may modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon publishing. For significant changes, ep2 will try to notify users.
